“If God cares for even the lilies, how much more will he care for us?”

Jesus pointed to the wildflowers to answer our worry. They do not labor or store up or strive, and still they are dressed more beautifully than kings. If God clothes the flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, how much more does he hold you. This is a reminder to breathe, to trust, to let the field preach to you what you keep forgetting.

The story behind the piece

We wanted the flowers to feel held, not just pretty. Mark and our in-house artists studied the wildflowers that actually grow across the hills of Galilee in spring, the species and the colors and the way they catch the morning light, so the field would be true to the land Jesus was pointing at.

We spent time in the research and more time in prayer, asking how to paint abundance that quiets worry. Every layer was built slowly and on purpose. The goal was to bring the gentleness of that teaching into your home, a daily and visible reminder of how carefully you are cared for.
